Returned items must be in original packaging, unused and undamaged, and shipped using a trackable delivery service. Please provide the tracking number once the item has been dispatched.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the refund decision.
If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. Refunds generally take 5–15 business days after refund approval to be reflected in your account.
Unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, return shipping costs will be shouldered by the customer. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
